Odisha is once again under the threat of a major cyclonic storm. The low pressure area over Bay of Bengal and Andaman is moving west-northwestwards. IMD Director General Mrityunjay Mohapatra said that by May 8, the cyclone will enter the Bay of Bengal and after that its speed can be 75 km / h.

Odisha पर एक बार फिर एक बड़े चक्रवाती तूफान (Cyclonic Storm ) का खतरा मंडरा रहा है।बंगाल की खाड़ी से उठा यह चक्रवाती तूफान अब धीरे-धीरे गति पकड़ने लगा है। बंगाल की खाड़ी और अंडमान के पास बना कम दबाव का क्षेत्र पश्चिम-उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ रहा है। IMD के महानिदेशक मृत्युंजय महापात्रा ने बताया कि 8 मई तक चक्रवात बंगाल की खाड़ी में प्रवेश करेगा और इसके बाद इसकी रफ्तार 75 किमी/ घंटे हो सकती है।
