मकर संक्रांति भगवान सूर्य के मकर में आने का पर्व है। इस पर्व के साथ देवलोक में रात्रि काल समाप्त होता है और दिन का आरंभ होता है। इसलिए इस दिन भगवान सूर्य की पूजा का शास्त्रों में विधान बताया गया है। शास्त्रों में कहा गया है कि मकर संक्रांति अगर मध्यरात्रि के बाद हो तो अगले दिन सूर्योदय के समय पवित्र जल में स्नान करके सूर्य की उपासना करनी चाहिए। आइए जानते है इस दिन भगवान को क्या भोग लगाना चाहिए ।
