Concerto Grosso No. 8 in G Minor, Op. 6 - "Christmas Concerto": III. Adagio - Allegro - Adagio is the third of six movements of Concerto Grosso No. 8 in G Minor, Op. 6 (known commonly as the Christmas Concerto) by Italian composer Arcangelo Corelli. The composition date of the work is unknown, but it was published posthumously as part of Corelli's 'Twelve Concerti Grossi, Op. 6' in 1714.
The movement provides multiple tempi, and is scored for an ensemble - two violins, a cello, ripieno strings and continuo.
