As the Taliban celebrate two years since their return to power in Afghanistan, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin says that the "US military, political and counter-terrorism efforts in Afghanistan are a complete failure". The US were present in Afghanistan for 20 years.
