China labels US' Afghanistan efforts 'complete failure' on Taliban's second anniversary

As the Taliban mark two years back in power in Afghanistan, China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin states that the US' military, political, and counter-terrorism actions there have completely failed. The US was in Afghanistan for 20 years.
