Corn Spinach Bajri Pulao is a delicately spiced Indian pilaf made with fresh spinach, sweet corn and pearl millets.
Ingredients :-
1 tbsp Ghee
1½ tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida Powder
7-8 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
15-20 Curry Leaves
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
250 gms Pearl Millet (soaked overnight)
1 cup Corn Kernels
1 bunch Spinach Leaves (finely chopped)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
