At the closing ceremony of the Central Zone Madani Rakyat Programme in Kuala Selangor on Sunday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government will introduce a targeted urban agriculture programme in a shift towards increasing the country's agriculture output.
