International Condemnation
The attack has sparked outrage around the world. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was quick to condemn the strike, vowing to hold the perpetrators accountable. He referred to the attackers as "Russian scum" and promised justice for the victims. Meanwhile, international leaders echoed his sentiments. U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby described the attack as a "horrific reminder of Putin's brutality," and announced plans to send additional military aid to Ukraine.
