I'll give you one of the best examples, no surprises. Good, bad or ugly, I'll make a phone call to my client. I prefer preventions instead of cures. And now naturally my relationship with this individual is great anyway, but something came up. And so I make the phone call, let them know what's happening, make suggestions and have an action plan. Do I wish that I'm talking about touchdowns? Yes, but there's a fumble there. So why don't we discuss what went wrong my accountability, because I'm willing to fall on every sword, every sword, just to keep the tone and be diplomatic and strategic. It's not a deal breaker. Even though I wasn't even in the country, I'll still take responsibility for it. And they realize that it's an overextension, but that's not the point. The point is, if you have that sort of relationship where you can be forthright with an individual and you talk about what's good and bad, you listen to opinions, you make suggestions and collectively you move forward, What a relationship. It's like a band. It's a team. It's anybody that's working together. And my ego is fine. I might be a decision maker in certain areas, but a lot of my decisions are done because of past experiences.
