Well, it was really built on momentum. I was a Spanish major in college. At 27, I was given a one in a million opportunity to move to Costa Rica for a couple of months and work at my friend's center. I decided to stay and two months turned into four years. So I really learned the business from the inside out. And kind of like a football analogy, I was getting a lot of first downs. And when you get positive reinforcement, it only lets you know that you're doing something correctly. So by being a guest in this country, falling in love with the girl of my dreams and really being accepted because I understood the rules, it worked for me. I found the right place to be. And now I can pay it forward like you do, Marcus, where it's not just all financial. You're paying it forward with a compliment or giving someone time or attention or just being a true friend. And so for me, I'm able to feed families. I give them stability. And also self-reliance and self-confidence. And so I can combine my Northeast Philadelphia to this Costa Rican culture, learning the call center industry, putting my special sauce on it because I collect pinball and jukeboxes and just create a really nice company culture, kind of like a winning team. It's synergy where all parts work together for the common good of the whole. You can have a coach or a captain or somebody on the team that riles you up and is that cheerleader, but they can also be a cancer. You need to get the respect from the people that work with you. So if you get promoted, it's through merit. And then they're the ones that follow.
