राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के अभिभाषण पर लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी अपनी बात रख रहे हैं. इस बीच उन्होंने डोकलाम में चीनी घुसपैठ का जैसे ही जिक्र किया तो सदन में हंगामा मच गया. इस दौरान स्पीकर ओम बिड़ला सदन को समझाते रहे लेकिन जब कोई शांत नहीं हुआ तो गुस्से में ओम बिडला ने कहा की मै आपका सलाहकार नहीं हु
