How to Make an Estate Margarita - part of the exotic cocktails video series by GeoBeats.
Hey, I'm Jace. I work here as a Bartender at The Fifth Estate. I'm here to teach you how to make our Estate Margarita. So first of we're going to take our rocks glass and fill it with ice. And while that's chilling there we're going to take our mixing glass and we're going to do one and a half ounces of Antiguo White Tequila. So first of we'll do our ounce and then our half an ounce, like that. And we use half an ounce of Cointreau as our orange sweetener, start of with that. This would be used as opposed to Triple Sec. Next is another half ounce of Lime Juice, and then we're going to use a half ounce of Agave Nectar, this is another sweetener instead of Simple Syrup. We have to use this because we don't use sweet and sour mix, we use straight up Lime Juice, it go like that. Fill the mixing in glass with ice, shake it a ton, and strain it over your rocks glass. From here you garnish it with a lime and some stir sticks. Your Estate Margarita.
