Police have found a priceless medieval religious manuscript stolen from a church in northwest Spain one year ago.

The Codex Calixtinus is a 12th century text made up of a collection of sermons and religious writings.

It had been kept in a safe in Santiago de Campostela Cathedral and is considered an important part of Spain's cultural and religious heritage.
