Scores killed as Aleppo violence continues

Opposition fighters say they now control over two-thirds of Syria's largest city, Aleppo, but violence still rages in the country as 100 more people died on Tuesday. Aid agencies say that over 2.5 million people are in need of help in Syria. On Tuesday, Medecin Sans Frontiere officially announced they have been operating within Syria for the past year without the permission of the government of Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian president.
