Libyans have mixed feelings about the transitional period and beyond as the country tries to heal from the NATO-aided conflict that saw Muammar Gaddafi's ouster.
The interim government will have a clear mandate; crafting a new constitution, organising elections and paving the way for a new Libya.But in the meantime people have a long list of priorities such as safety and security, education and de-arming fighters.
