Harry Hamlyn is a 91-year old veteran. Harry's mobility scooter was stolen at Westwater Views condo complex garage. Hamlyn's story appeared in a Richmond News article in September 2012. Westwater Views is a condo. Its exit 8 is often used for theft of large items. See other video clips of exit 8 at this strata's garage. There are several units for sale at Westwater Views and some listings do not sell. Realtors and property developers probably don't want home buyers to know about crime problems in Steveston's fishing village, a tourist destination, imo. The so-called "homeless man" or "homeless bum" at the Steveston Cannery has been suspected of involvement in area crimes, but not proven. The "homeless man" is alleged to be a crack user.
