Dozens injured as car bomb blast hits cafe in southern Russia

A car bomb blast outside a cafe in the southern city of Pyatigorsk has left at least 23 people injured. Investigators say the explosion, which was the equivalent of 30 kilos of TNT, is being regarded as a terrorist attack.
