More than 13,000 protesters in Dresden, Germany formed a human chain to block a neo-Nazi rally on February 13.
One man explained why he came out in sub-zero temperatures to take part: "I think it's important to support my city and show that there's no place for extremists."
Another anti-Nazi protester said: "I'm here in memory of war victims and to take a stand against racism."
