try not to remember your smile and wit

but how can I do what I do

without you in the heart of it

I was getting on so good

you would have been proud

'til that crazy computer guy asked about you

and I said your name out loud

it was like rain on my face

or wind in my hair

your name on my lips

summoned memories of you

and you much I missed you there
