It is very easy and quick to prepare coconut laddoo at home.
Ingredients
- 2cup desiccated coconut
- 1cup condensed milk
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder
- few strands of saffron soaked into warm milk
- almonds for garnish
Method
- take a pan and roast the desiccated coconut on a low flame
for 2-3 minutes
- add condensed milk, mix well.
- add strands of saffron, soaked into milk, cardamom powder and mix well
- let mixture cool
- shape into laddoos and serve
