Dhjetëra te verbër dhe para e tetraplegjike protestuan sot para parlamentit, duke kërkuar qe te mos votohen dy projektligje qe cenojnë te drejtat e tyre. Ata mbanin ne duar parulla me apelin: Mos na bëni viktimat e para te krizës!. E ndërsa protesta zhvillohej para parlamentit, brenda ne seance kryetari i grupit kuvendor socialist, Gramoz Ruçi, kërkoi qe një përfaqësi e tubuesve te pranohej ne salle, gjë qe është pranuar nga kryetarja Topalli. Me herët, gjate ditës, Policia Bashkiake e Shkodres ndaloi një grup te verbërish dhe paraplegjikesh qe te udhëtonin drejt Tiranes, për t'iu bashkuar protestës. Policet ne fakt bllokuan dy autobusët me pretendimin se kishin parkuar kundravajtje. Tubimet vijnë pas sjelljes nga mazhoranca për votim ne Kuvend te dy projektligjeve, atij për "Për statusin e të verbrit" dhe "Për statusin e invalidit paraplegjik dhe tetraplegjik".
