Qendra Spitalore "Nene Tereza" është kthyer ne "gropën e zeze" te shëndetësisë shqiptare. Qeverise se re i shtohen kështu përveç 200 milionë eurove te debitit për punët publike, edhe 22 milionë euro te borxhit për ilaçet e blera nder vite.
