Recipe for: Chinese Leek Omelette

Ingredients:
2 Leeks
4 Eggs
½ Tsp Ground White Pepper
Salt to Taste

Method:
1. Slice the leeks thinly.
2. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the leeks, ground white pepper and salt.
4. Mix all ingredients together until egg becomes light.
5. Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 1 - 2 minute each side.
7. Transfer onto a dish and serve.
