An unlikely police chase on March 24 ended with an officer hurrying out of the path of a runaway cow he was trying to corral.

The dashboard camera on the police cruiser captured the officer’s battle with the wayward heifer. The officer exits his vehicle to close a gate behind the cow but the animal had different ideas.

KWTX reported that the cow escaped from a nearby veterinarian clinic and was still at large.
