Israeli police fired tear gas on and pushed back Muslim worshipers attempting to enter the Temple Mount/Al Aqsa mosque complex via the Bab Huttah gate on July 27 after they boycotted the site for several weeks, according to news reports.
Thousands of worshipers cheered as the security measures were removed on July 27 and flocked to site to pray. They were met by Israeli police who fired tear gas and stun grenades, as seen in these videos.
