Ingredients:
1.boil baby potatoes - 250 grams
2.oil - 4 tbsp
3.garlic paste - 1 tbsp
4.onion paste - 1 small cup
5.tomato puree - 1 cup
6.red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
7.coriander & cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
8.salt to taste
9.kashmiri red chilli powder - tbsp
10.bhungara/bhungala - 250 grams
11.oil for fry bhungala
12.cilantro for garnish
Recipe:
-heat some oil in pan.
-add garlic paste & onion paste.
-sauted well after add tomato puree.
-mix well & cook well.
-now add red chilli powder, cumin seeds & coriander powder.
-also add salt & kashmiri chilli powder.
-sauted well.
-finally add boil potatoes & mix it.
-cook for only 1 mints.
-garlic potatoes is ready to eat.
-fry the bhungara.
-enjoy the garlic potatoes & bhungara.
-eat togather & garnish with cilantro.
