Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 250 gms Minced Chicken
- Charcoal
- Coriander Seeds Powder
- Cumin Seeds Powder(roasted)
- Garam Masala
- Red Chilli Powder
- Degi Red Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Brown Onion Paste
- Salt
- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Ghee
- Ghee (to fry kheema)
- 3 tbsp Wheat Flour
- Water
- Buns
- Mint Leaves(chopped)
- Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. Burn a piece of Charcoal at the start
2. Now, take the minced chicken and add coriander seeds powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, degi red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, brown onion paste, salt, chopped green chill and mix it well
3. Once mixed, make a space in the center of the bowl, and place the hot charcoal in the middle
4. Add bay leaf and ghee over the charcoal; cover it and leave it for around 2 hours
5. Once smoked, uncover it, and now take a separate wok; add ghee to it along with the smoked kheema
6. Now, mix it and saute it for around 5 minutes
7. Add wheat flour to it; mix it again and add some water to it
8. Turn the flame to low; close the wok with the lid and keep it for around 12-15 minutes
9. Now, take a bun and remove the upper part of it
10. Add some finely chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves to the kheema mix
11. Now stuff the kheema inside the bun
