On December 22, every person was monitored at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan. Automatic Facial Recognition Software (AFRS) technology was used to enable the police to properly identify every face of the crowd. One and a half million faces were matched through this technique. According to information, this was the first political rally in which the police used AFRS technology.

22दिसंबर को दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में हुई प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की रैली में हर शख्स पर नजर रखी गई थी। रैली में आई भीड़ के हर चेहरे को पुलिस ठीक से पहचान सके इसके लिए Automatic Facial Recognition Software (AFRS) तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया गया था। इस तकनीक के जरिए डेढ़ लाख चेहरों का मिलान किया गया। जानकारी के मुताबिक ये पहली ऐसी राजनीतिक रैली थी जिसमें पुलिस ने AFRS तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया था।
