Mantras are recited at the time of worship in Sanatana Dharma and thereafter. Therefore we often see that mantras are chanted whenever worship is performed in the temple. Although different chants are chanted for all the deities, Karpur Gauram Karunavtaram is one such chant that is necessarily followed by Aarti. This mantra is pronounced less as a mantra but more as a praise.

सनातन धर्म में पूजा के समय और उसके बाद मंत्रो का उच्चारण किया जाता है। इसलिए हम अक्सर देखते हैं कि मंदिर में जब भी पूजा अर्चना की जाती है तो मंत्रो का उच्चारण किया जाता है। वैसे तो सभी देवी देवताओं के लिए अलग-अलग मंत्रों का उच्चारण किया जाता है, लेकिन कर्पूरगौरं एक ऐसा मंत्र है, जिसका उच्चारण आरती के बाद आवश्यक रूप से किया जाता है। इस मंत्र का उच्चारण मंत्र के तौर पर कम बल्कि स्तुति के तौर पर ज्यादा किया जाता है।
