బీహార్‌ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల రెండోదశ పోలింగ్ చురుగ్గా సాగుతోంది. 17 జిల్లాల్లోని 94 స్ధానాల్లో జరుగుతున్న పోలింగ్‌ కోసం ఎన్నికల సంఘం పటిష్ట ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. కరోనా నేపథ్యంలో అన్ని జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుని ఈ ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఇవాళ ఉదయం నుంచే పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రాల వద్ద ఓటర్లు బారులు తీరారు.
