Dr Randeep Guleria, director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) said that the schools in India should be opened in a staggered way, adding that it is an institution for a child's holistic development. "Therefore, now it's time to shut virtual classes and schools should be reopened," he said.
