Ahead of the wrestling event, the entire nation sat glued to their TV sets praying for Ravi Kumar Dahiya and Deepak Punia who were playing the medal events this afternoon. Dahiya had to settle for a silver medal after a defeat against Zaur Uguev. Whereas Deepak Punia missed out on the bronze medal with a defeat against Myles Amine.
