Bhadra's presence is there till 6.16 am on 22nd. Due to this, the defense thread will not be able to be tied till 6.16 am. The festival of Raksha Bandhan can be celebrated before the start of Rahukal from 04:30 in the evening. In the scriptures, it is considered inauspicious to tie Rakhi in Bhadrakal.
