INGREDIENTS
FOR CAKE
1. All purpose flour- 1 cup/150 g
2. Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup/80 g
3. Baking soda- 1 tsp
4. Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
5. Coco powder- 2 tbsp/10g
6. Full fat milk- 1/2 cup/150 ml

FOR CAKE FROSTING
1. Chocolate chips- 150 g
