The Supreme Court heard the petition filed against the sit report giving clean chit to the Former Chief Minister of the state Narendra Modi in the 2002 Gujarat riots, during the hearing, the court upheld the clean chit given to the then Chief Minister of the state Narendra Modi. Dismissing the petition, let us tell you that this petition was filed on behalf of Zakia Jafri, the Supreme Court justified the report of the SIT and said that there is no merit in the petition filed against it. In fact, the SIT had given a clean chit to Narendra Modi, which has also been approved by the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court ने साल 2002 में हुए Gujarat riots में राज्य के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री Narendra Modi को क्लीन चिट देने वाली sit रिपोर्ट के खिलाफ दायर की गई याचिका पर सुनवाई की , सुनावाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने राज्य के तत्कालीन सीएम नरेंद्र मोदी को मिली क्लीन चिट को बरकरार रखते हुए याचिका को खारिज कर दिया , बता दें कि ये याचिका जाकिया जाफरी की तरफ से लगाई गई थी,सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट को जायज ठहराते हुए कहा कि इसके खिलाफ जो याचिका दायर की गई उसमे कोई योग्यता नहीं है। दरअसल एसआईटी ने नरेंद्र मोदी को क्लीन चिट दी थी, जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी मुहर लगा दी है,
