Moderate to heavy rain has been recorded over the west coast areas of the Gujarat region, Saurashtra and Kutch, Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa. In addition, heavy rainfall occurred in South Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Telangana. IMD has predicted that the ongoing monsoon spell over Gujarat, Konkan, north Madhya Maharashtra, and Central India would likely continue in the next 24 hours.
