Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry have received heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours. The weather department has predicted isolated spells of heavy rainfall over the Western Himalayan Region, Rajasthan, central India and Odisha in the next 3-4 days.
