CJI DY Chandrachud : SC Hearing MCD Alderman Case : सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में दिल्ली नगर निगम (MCD) में दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल (Delhi LG) वीके सक्सेना (VK Saxena) की ओर से दस एल्डरमैन काउंसलर्स (Alderman Councellor) को नामित करने के मामले में सुनवाई हुई। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड, जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा (Justice PS Narasimha) और जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला (Justice JB Pardiwala) की बेंच ने इस मामले की सुनवाई की। इस मामले की पिछली सुनवाई में चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विनय कुमार सक्सेना (Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena) को नोटिस जारी कर उनके कार्यालय से जवाब मांगा था। दिल्ली नगर निगम (Delhi Municipal Corporation) में एल्डरमैन की नियुक्ति को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उपराज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना से सवाल किया, कि आखिर किस अथॉरिटी के तहत दिल्ली एमसीडी (MCD) में एल्डरमैन (Alderman) की नियुक्ति की गई। चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने पूछा क्या, ऐसा करने के लिए मंत्रिपरिषद की सहायता और सलाह लेना जरूरी नहीं था। आपको बता दें कि इस मामले में हुई सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली एलीज को अपना जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए और मोहलत दी है। अब इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 17 अप्रैल को होगी। इस मामले की सुनवाई में केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) सरकार (Kejriwal Government) की ओर से वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी (Abhishek Manu Singhvi) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में रखी बात, जबकि दिल्ली LG वीके सक्सेना (LG VK Saxena) की ओर से एडिशनल सॉलिसिटर जनरल संजय जैन (ASG Sanjay Jain) कोर्ट में पेश हुए। (Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena) (Supreme Court On Delhi LG VK Saxena) (Delhi Government) (Delhi Municipal Corporation) (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Delhi LG) (Delhi LG VK Saxena) (LG VK Saxena) (Supreme Court Notice) (Supreme Court Notice To LG VK Saxena) (Supreme Court Notice To VK Saxena) (Arvind Kejriwal) (Arvind Kejriwal Government) (Delhi Government) (Ten Members Nominated In MCD) (MCD) (SC Hearing MCD Alderman Case) (Supreme Court Hearing MCD Alderman Case) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud On Delhi LG) (CJI On Delhi LG VK Saxena) (CJI DY Chandrachud On Delhi LG) (Chief Justice Of India) (50th Chief Justice Of India) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Supreme Court News) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
