CJI DY Chandrachud : (SC Hearing on Delhi Teachers Training Case) सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में दिल्ली की अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार की ओर से एक याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल (Delhi LG) (VK Saxena)विनय कुमार सक्सेना (LG Vinay Kumar Saxena) को एक नोटिस जारी कर दिया है। उन्हें नोटिस जारी करते हुए दिल्ली के शिक्षकों (Delhi Teachers) के संबंध में जवाब मांगा गया है। दरअसल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार (Delhi Government) के उस प्रस्ताव पर दिल्ली के लेफ्टिनेंट गवर्नर वीके सक्सेना (LG VK Saxena) से जवाब तलब किया है, जो दिल्ली के टीचर्स को ट्रेनिंग (Delhi Teachers Training) के लिए फिनलैंड (Finland) भेजे जाने से जुड़ा था। उस प्रस्ताव को कुछ महीने पहले दिल्ली सरकार ने LG वीके सक्सेना के पास भेजा था। दिल्ली सरकार चाहती थी, कि दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों की बेहतर ट्रेनिंग के लिए उन्हें फनलैंड भेजा जाए, जहां जाकर वे एडवांस स्टडीज़ और स्मार्ट क्लासेज़ आदि के गुर सीख सकें, ताकि वे वापिस अपने स्कूलों में पहुंचकर शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने में अपना योगदान दे पाएं। इससे जुड़ा प्रस्ताव दिल्ली सरकारी की ओर से दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के पास मंजूरी के लिए भेजा गया था, लेकिन एलजी की ओर से उप पर मंजूरी नहीं मिल पाई थी। जिसकी वजह से ये प्रस्ताव अटका ही रह गया था। (Arvind Kejriwal) (Kejriwal Government) (Supreme Court On Delhi LG VK Saxena) (Delhi Government) (Delhi Municipal Corporation) (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Delhi LG) (Delhi LG VK Saxena) (LG VK Saxena) (Supreme Court Notice) (Supreme Court Notice To LG VK Saxena) (Supreme Court Notice To VK Saxena) (Arvind Kejriwal) (Arvind Kejriwal Government) (Delhi Government) (Delhi Teachers Training) (Supreme Court on Delhi Teachers Training) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud On Delhi LG) (CJI On Delhi LG VK Saxena) (CJI DY Chandrachud On Delhi LG) (Chief Justice Of India) (50th Chief Justice Of India) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Supreme Court News) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
