తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా తెరాస అధినేత కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర రావు గరువారం ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. ఆయన మధ్యాహ్నం గం.1.25 నిమిషాలకు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి రెండోసారి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ప్రమాణం చేశారు. కేసీఆర్‌తో ఒక్కరే మంత్రి ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. ఆయనతో పాటు మహమూద్ అలీ ప్రమాణం చేశారు.
