This year, the second Pradosh Vrat of 2020 is falling on 22 January on Wednesday. It is called Mercury Pradosh Vrat due to Pradosh fast on Wednesday. According to the Hindu calendar, Pradosh fast falls on the Trayodashi date of every month. Tomorrow Wednesday is the Trayodashi date of the Krishna Paksha of Magh month. Pradosh Vrat comes twice every month. One Pradosh fast falls on the Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha and the second on the Trayodashi date of Shukla Paksha. Worshiping Lord Shiva on the day of Mercury Pradosha by ritualistic law eliminates all suffering and fulfills all wishes. Earlier, the first Pradosh Vrat of 2020 was on January 8.

इस वर्ष 2020 का दूसरा प्रदोष व्रत 22 जनवरी दिन बुधवार को पड़ रहा है । बुधवार के दिन प्रदोष व्रत होने के कारण इसे बुध प्रदोष व्रत कहा जाता है। हिन्दू कैलेंडर के अनुसार, प्रदोष व्रत हर मास की त्रयोदशी तिथि को पड़ता है। कल बुधवार को माघ मास के कृष्ण पक्ष की त्रयोदशी तिथि है । प्रदोष व्रत हर मास में दो बार आता है । एक प्रदोष व्रत कृष्ण पक्ष की त्रयोदशी तिथि को और दूसरा शुक्ल पक्ष की त्रयोदशी तिथि को पड़ता है । बुध प्रदोष व्रत के दिन विधि विधान से भगवान शिव की पूजा करने से सभी कष्टों का नाश होता है और सभी मनोकामनाओं की पूर्ति होती है । इससे पहले वर्ष 2020 का पहला प्रदोष व्रत 08 जनवरी को पड़ा था ।
