The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has given relief to the business class by making changes in the UP Labor Acts through an ordinance. The UP Labor Acts have changed due to the lockdown. These changes will remain in effect for three years. With the running of the industry in the state for a long time, it has been agreed to give them exemption. The period for starting industries in Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority areas can be increased from one year to three months now. Samajwadi Party President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has implemented the labor law protecting workers from exploitation for three years. Has expressed displeasure over the postponement.

उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने अध्यादेश के जरिए यूपी श्रम अधिनियमों में बदलाव करते हुए व्यापारी वर्ग को राहत दी है. यूपी श्रम अधिनियमों में लॉकडाउन के चलते बदलाव किया है. ये बदलाव तीन वर्ष तक प्रभावी रहेंगे. प्रदेश में लंबे समय से उद्योग को चलाने के साथ उनको छूट देने पर सहमति बन गई है. उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण क्षेत्रों में उद्योग शुरू करने की अवधि को एक साल से बढ़ाकर अब एक वर्ष तीन महीने किया जा सकता है.समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष व पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने मजदूरों को शोषण से बचाने वाले श्रम कानून को तीन साल के लिए स्थगित किए जाने पर नाराजगी जताई है।
