The Uttar Pradesh government has directed the revenue department to prepare a data base of migrant workers coming back to UP from various states. This database will be uploaded through software. Giving this information, additional chief secretary, home, Awanish Kumar Awasthi said chief minister Yogi Adityanath directed officers of all the state government departments to prepare a work plan for generating 20 lakh jobs for employing migrants in various sectors. Work in this regard has started.

योगी सरकार ने जो सबसे बड़ा बीड़ा उठाया है वो है मजदूरों को अपने घर में ही रोजगार देने का. जिसके तहत सभी जिलाधिकारियों को इन मजदूरों के स्किल सूची बनाने के लिए कहा है. ताकि उनके हुनर के हिसाब से उन्हें काम दिया जा सके. अवनीश अवस्थी के मुताबिक करीब 20 लाख कामगारों के उनके 'हुनर' के मुताबिक रोजगार देने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी.
