RBI rules will no longer apply to these 6 public banks, what will happen to customers ? The RBI has excluded six state-owned banks, including Oriental Bank of Commerce and Allahabad Bank, from the second schedule of the RBI Act. This means that now the RBI rules will not apply to these banks.

आरबीआई ने ओरिएंटल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स और इलाहाबाद बैंक समेत छह सरकारी बैंकों को आरबीआई अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची से बाहर कर दिया है. इसका मतलब साफ है कि अब इन बैंकों पर आरबीआई के नियम लागू नहीं होंगे.
