మళ్ళీ పాత పాటే , కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్ లో ఏపీ ప్రస్తావనే లేదు.జాతీయ ప్రాజెక్టు అయిన పోలవరం కు నిధుల కేటాయింపు కూడా ప్రస్తావించ లేదు. మొక్కుబడిగా సెంట్రల్‌ వర్సిటీ, గిరిజన వర్సిటీలకుకొంచెం నిధులు ఇవ్వజూపి మిగిలిన వాటికి ఎలాంటి కేటాయింపులు చేయలేదు
